A free NotePad simplifies collaboration with nearly any computer owner: I simply remind my co-conspirators to download NotePad to view, play, and print Finale files I send them AND to make any necessary edits. While this is clearly great news for folks who want to create music notation who don’t currently own any software, it’s also great news for people, like me, who already own Finale. Or maybe the Teen Burger.įinale NotePad 2012 will also include select features new to Finale 2012, including Unicode font support (providing access to all characters in any font and facilitating the creation of music in any language) and aspects of Finale’s new ScoreManager™, which simplifies the control of playback sounds. You use Zoom Audio if the output is interactive, say if you are demonstrating something live in a DAW or Finale. ![]() I don’t know if Zoom ever added editing capabilities - there was talk of this but I haven’t paid attention-but if they did, perfect. ![]() Playback of an mp4 normally uses computer audio - this is why a screen recording works so well, especially when you can use Zoom.app as the recorder by sharing your screen. Once you highlight all the fonts, put your cursor (pointer) back to the place where you initially cliked on your Finale folder. ![]() Highlight every font you see because you going to have to manually copy them to your systems font folder. One is system or “Computer Audio” in Zoom-speak The other is the Zoom audio driver, required for anything interactive. Go into you Finale folder, and go to Font Annotations.
